TCN provides training and resources to empower inwardly focused churches to make systemic change and begin reaching their communities with the Gospel.

TCN has already worked with 350 congregations in 30 Districts since 2007 and many of them are already seeing positive results, such as increases in attendance, offerings, baptisms, confirmations, lay leadership, and community involvement. Most importantly, congregations are finding hope that they can become healthy again and experience joy in carrying out the mission of God and the ministry Jesus gave them.
