An important component in helping congregations transform into outwardly focused mission outposts is to have an Accountable Leader Model of Governance.  Because most congregations in North America have been using a different type of governance structure for many years, this new model has led to many questions.  To help address those “Frequently Asked Questions,” TCN has provided a resource document that we hope will be useful to congregational and judicatory leaders.  Click here to download the resource.  Also, TCN is assembling a Task Force that will address some of the theological and confessional questions and issues that are arising in regard to the Accountable Leader Model of Governance.  We will share that resource with you, as soon as it is ready.

 

Congregations that have had consultations are asked to report monthly metrics to TCN.  Download the Spreadsheet, fill in the statistics and return it as an attachment to an e-mail to Resources@Missions.com
